The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation an exploration agreement with Eabametoong First Nation (EFN), an arm's-length party. By way of consideration, the company will issue a total of 115,393 common shares at a deemed price of 43.33 cents per share for a value of $50,000, subject to resale restrictions.

No finder's fee were payable as part of the transaction.
