CAMARICO ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD JULY 17, 2025

At its annual general meeting (AGM) held on July 17, 2025, Camarico Investment Group Ltd.'s shareholders approved by majority: to set the number of directors at three; to elect all three directors standing for election; to reappoint Mao & Ying LLP as the company's auditor; and to approve the stock option plan.

Detailed results of the votes held by ballot at the AGM are set out in the attached table.

The board of directors extends its thanks to the shareholders of the company for their continued support.
