CLARKE INC. ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

HALIFAX, NS, Sept. 24, 2026 /CNW/ -- Clarke Inc. (the "Company" or "Clarke") (TSX: CKI) is pleased to announce the appointments of Jo-Ann Lempert and Mandy Abramsohn as directors of the Company.

Jo-Ann Lempert

Ms. Lempert is a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant and a Partner with MNP SENCRL, srl, where she is the leader of the Real Estate and Construction Practice and the Public Companies Practice for the province of Québec. Ms. Lempert works with organizations requiring specialized expertise in complex standards in financial reporting, including public companies, REITs, and other reporting issuers. She has served as a contributing author for the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, a course instructor for the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants of Quebec and the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, and is the author of Knowledge Based Audits of International Entities published worldwide by Wolters-Klower. Ms. Lempert was previously a member of the board of trustees of Minto Apartment REIT, Summit Industrial Income REIT and Inovalis REIT, all public entities, and of Enterprise REIT, a private entity. Ms. Lempert received her Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Entrepreneurship) degree from McGill University and completed her Diploma of Accounting at Concordia University. She is a Fellow of the Ordre des comptables professionels agrées du Québec (FCPA) and holds the ICD.D designation with the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Mandy Abramsohn

Ms. Abramsohn brings three decades of deep expertise in real estate, capital markets, investments and finance. Ms. Abramsohn is a seasoned Corporate Director.  Her governance experience includes serving as a member of the board of trustees for Boardwalk REIT, Northwest Healthcare Properties REIT, Starlight Global Real Assets Trust, West Side Square Development Fund, and Starlight Western Canada Multi-Family (No. 2) Fund, all public entities; and of Seasons Retirement Communities, a private entity. She also served on the External Investment Committee for Starlight Capital's Private Equity, Real Estate, and Infrastructure Funds.  Ms. Abramsohn previously held senior roles including leading real estate capital markets at EY Canada, acting as a real estate Senior Vice President at DBRS, leading Canadian real estate equity research at Raymond James Canada and as an investment manager of a $2 billion Canadian equity dividend fund at Great West Life.  She began her career in public accounting at PwC ultimately specializing in complex business valuation and Forensic Accounting.  Ms. Abramsohn holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto, where she graduated with distinction. In addition, she is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), and U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) registered in the State of Illinois.
