EARLY WARNING NEWS RELEASE REGARDING UPDATE TO INVESTMENT BY SALVATORE MILIA IN CHRISTINA LAKE CANNABIS CORP.

Salvatore Milia has acquired ownership and direction or control on a direct and indirect basis over an additional 5.03 million common shares of Christina Lake Cannabis Corp. since the filing of an updated early warning report dated Dec. 12, 2025.

Since the last early warning report, the common shares were acquired between Dec. 13, 2025, and Feb. 23, 2026, at prices ranging from three cents to four cents per common share for aggregate consideration of approximately $163,525.

Immediately prior to the acquisitions referred to above, Mr. Milia ownership and direction or control over 31,395,9132 common shares, representing approximately 12.65 per cent of the 248,093,565 issued and outstanding common shares of the company on a non-diluted basis.

As a result of the acquisitions referred to above, Mr. Milia now has ownership and direction or control over 36,425,913 common shares, representing approximately 14.68 per cent of the 248,093,565 issued and outstanding common shares of the company on a non-diluted basis.

The common shares were acquired for investment purposes. Mr. Milia has a long-term view of the investment and, depending on market conditions and other circumstances, may in the future increase or decrease his shareholdings in the company, whether in the open market, by privately negotiated agreement or otherwise.
