The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation in connection with an arrangement agreement dated Feb. 25, 2025, between Enduro Metals Corp. and Commander Resources Ltd. under the provisions of the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia).

Pursuant to the plan of arrangement, shareholders of the company received 0.535 common share of Enduro per common share of the company held.

The exchange has been advised that approval of the plan of arrangement by the company's securityholders was received at a special meeting of securityholders held on May 15, 2025, and that the final court order approving the plan of arrangement was received from the Supreme Court of British Columbia on May 26, 2025. The plan of arrangement was completed on May 30, 2025.
