The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a purchase and sale agreement dated Oct. 10, 2024, between the company and several arm's-length parties, whereby the company acquired nine single-cell mining claims located in the province of Ontario.

Under the terms of the agreement, the company has agreed to acquire the property in exchange for issuance of 70,000 common shares.
