The company has closed on a total of 15,625,031 units at a price of 15 cents per unit for gross proceeds of $2,343,755. The second and final tranche is expected to close by Oct. 14, 2026.

The net proceeds of the financing will be used for exploration at the company's Marshall Lake project and for general working capital purposes.
The completion of the private placement remains subject to the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, including approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
