PRIVATE PLACEMENT CORRECTION NOTICE

Further to the news release dated June 1, 2026, announcing the close of Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd.'s non-brokered private placements for total proceeds of $735,500.02, the company wishes to report the following correction in the payment of a finder's fee.

Leede Financial Inc. was paid $5,250 and not $5,950, as reported in the June 1, 2026, news release.

Total cash finders' fees paid in connection with the Cariboo private placement were therefore:

• $3,500 to Raymond James Ltd., of Vancouver, B.C.;
• $7,000 to Research Capital Corp., of Vancouver, B.C.;
• $5,250 to Leede Financial, of Vancouver, B.C.

All other information contained within the June 1, 2026, news release remains the same.
