COPPER ROAD ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF A NEW CEO

Copper Road Resources Inc. has appointed Brian Howlett as president and chief executive officer, effectively immediately. Mr. Howlett brings many years of experience in the junior exploration business previously serving in management or on the board of nine junior mining companies, including previous experience with Copper Road.

Mr. Howlett commented: "Copper Road is seeking to generate renewed interest in the company in the coming months with the acquisition of a new project or business. The company also plans to relaunch a website shortly. We look forward to updating shareholders as warranted."

The company would also like to congratulate Sterling Metals Corp. on its recent drill results reported on May 29, 2025, and June 26, 2025, at the newly named Soo copper project. Copper Road remains a significant shareholder of Sterling with approximately 7 per cent of the shares outstanding.
