COPPER ROAD MAKES OPTION PAYMENTS

Copper Road Resources Inc. has completed its latest option payments under its agreements for the Ben Nevis project, keeping the agreements in good standing. The company paid a total of $65,000 in cash and issued 500,000 common shares to the optionors.

"We're excited to keep the Ben Nevis project agreements moving forward," said Mark Goodman, interim president and chief executive officer. "We have made great progress in compiling and digitizing historical data, as well as completing the mobile MT survey. We continue to work towards a drill program in the coming months and coming to meaningful exploration agreements with local first nations."

The shares are subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance and remain subject to final acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
