CROWN CAPITAL PARTNERS REPORTS VOTING RESULTS FROM ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

In accordance with Toronto Stock Exchange requirements, Crown Capital Partners Inc. has released the voting results from its annual meeting of shareholders held on Sept. 24, 2026.

A total of 4,257,136 common shares, representing approximately 71.2 per cent of the corporation's issued and outstanding common shares, were voted in connection with the meeting. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business put forth. The votes for the election of directors are as follows.
