PERSEUS OPERATING GROUP OF CONSTELLATION SOFTWARE INC. COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF MATRIX SISTEMAS E SERVICOS LTDA

Constellation Software Inc.'s Perseus Operating Group has completed the acquisition of Matrix Sistemas e Servicos Ltda., a market-leading provider of clinical lab information systems for the Brazilian health care sector.

The acquisition is the first for Perseus in Brazil, having already established a strong healt care presence in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the European Union. Matrix marks Perseus's eighth acquisition in the health care industry. This acquisition will be placed in the newly formed Miram Solutions portfolio of Perseus. Miram also holds the Constellation Kidney Group, a leading provider of kidney care software solutions.
