CONSTELLATION SOFTWARE INC. ANNOUNCES CHANGE TO THE DATE OF THE CONFERENCE CALL TO DISCUSS FOURTH QUARTER RESULTS

Constellation Software Inc. announced on Feb. 17, 2026, that it would hold its fourth quarter conference call on March 10, 2026, at 8 a.m. Constellation has changed the date of the conference call to March 9, 2026, at 8:30 a.m.

The company's quarterly results will be disseminated by press release, and made available on the company's website and SEDAR+ at 7 a.m. EST on Monday, March 9, 2026. Mark Miller, president, Jamal Baksh, chief financial officer, and Bernard Anzarouth, chief investment officer, will be available during the March 9, 2026, conference call to answer questions regarding the company's results.
