Cegielski – Poznań S.A. (HCP), a subsidiary of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. (PGZ), one of Poland’s leading defence and industrial groups. HCP, headquartered in Poznań, is a historic and strategically significant manufacturing enterprise within the Polish defence sector, to establish a long-term strategic partnership focused on the production and deployment of the Nexus 20 autonomous platform in Central and eastern Europe.
The LOI follows the execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement between the parties and reflects a shared intent to combine CiTech’s Nexus 20 technology with HCP’s established manufacturing, integration, and support capabilities to address the requirements of the Polish Armed Forces and NATO’s Eastern Flank.
Scope of Intended Cooperation
Under the LOI, CiTech and HCP intend to collaborate in the following areas:
Production and Assembly: Establishing HCP as a manufacturing and integration hub for Nexus 20 platforms within the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region.
Technology Transfer: Facilitating the transfer of technical know-how to ensure high-quality local maintenance, training, and operational support.
Strategic Market Expansion: Leveraging HCP’s position within the PGZ Group and CiTech’s international partnerships to pursue government and defence contracts.
Planned Milestones
The LOI outlines an initial roadmap to advance the partnership, including:
• March 2026: Visit by Brenton Scott, CEO of CiTech, to HCP headquarters in Poznań to progress and finalise commercial, technical and logistical arrangements
• May 2026: Delivery of the first Nexus 20 prototype unit to HCP’s Poznań facility for technical evaluation, training, and Proof-of-Concept demonstrations for regional stakeholders.

The Nexus 20 platform provides rapid, autonomous telecommunications and surveillance infrastructure designed to support modern defence and critical security operations.
