Mr. Brenton Scott reports
CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE TECHNOLOGIES LTD. EXECUTES AN MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTAND (MOU) WITH TERMA A/S
Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. has executed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Terma A/S, Denmark's largest defence technology company specializing in radar systems, electronic components and mission-critical software.
The MOU establishes a framework for future cooperation between the two companies on a non-exclusive basis, with a focus on integrating Terma radar systems into Critical Infrastructure's self-deploying communications platform (Nexus platform) to explore combined defence and security applications across international markets.
The agreement outlines joint intent to identify commercial opportunities, assess technical feasibility and collaborate on demonstrations of an integrated capability for European defence and security stakeholders.
Areas of collaboration:
-
Explore commercial opportunities and operational use cases enabled by a combined Terma radar and Critical Infrastructure Nexus platform solution;
-
Assess technical and operational feasibility of integrating Terma radar systems into Critical Infrastructure's autonomous deployment platform;
-
Plan and prepare for joint demonstrations of the integrated capability at key European defence and security exhibitions;
-
Conduct demonstrations across the European Union, subject to mutual agreement;
-
Hold periodic co-ordination meetings to review progress and determine next steps toward formal pilot or commercial agreements.
Planned demonstrations
-
Daimex Baltic 2026, Lithuania (May 12 to May 14, 2026);
-
International Drone Summit, Riga (May 27, 2026);
-
34th International Defence Industry Exhibition MSPO, Poland (Sept. 8 to Sept. 11, 2026).
"This collaboration creates the opportunity to combine Terma's proven radar technology with CiTech's rapidly deployable autonomous communications platform. Together, we aim to demonstrate an integrated solution that supports defence and security operations in demanding environments," said Brenton Scott, chief executive officer of Critical Infrastructure.
"This MOU reflects Terma's ambition to collaborate with innovative partners to explore new operational applications of our radar technology. By assessing how our systems can complement CiTech's platform, we aim to evaluate solutions that enhance situational awareness and operational flexibility for defence and security customers," said Steen Trier, vice-president, global sales surveillance and mission systems.

About Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd.
Listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange with operations in Perth, Western Australia, Critical Infrastructure is creating autonomous, high-capacity, rapidly deployable technology that delivers essential services to where they are needed most. Critical Infrastructure is targeting the mining, defence, border security/surveillance and emergency services sectors in relation to its first product release, the Nexus 16, which aims to provide critical mobile telecommunications for such sectors. Using patented technologies, Critical Infrastructure's self-deploying platform (SDP) provides a solution for two of the greatest limitations of current rapidly deployable communication solutions, strength of the tower and ability to rapidly self deploy and operate, in numerous situations. The SDP is designed to support radio equipment including LTE (long-term evolution) and several other technological payloads, such as surveillance and anti-drone systems. Critical Infrastructure has completed the research and development phase and is currently commercializing the first of many products that will be released.
We seek Safe Harbor.
