GLOBAL COPPER ANNOUNCES ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING RESULTS

September 28, 2026 - Vancouver, British Columbia - Global Copper Corp. (TSXV: CUCU) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the voting results from the Company's Annual General and Special Meeting of the Shareholders (the "Meeting") held on September 28, 2026. A total of 12,850,901 common shares ("Common Shares") were voted, representing the votes attached to 28.35% of all outstanding Common Shares. All matters submitted to shareholders for approval as set out in the Company's Notice of Annual General and Special Meeting and Management Information Circular (the "Circular"), dated August 24, 2026, were approved by the requisite majority of votes cast at the Meeting.

Number of Directors

The number of directors for the ensuing year was set at three (3).

Election of Directors

Each of the directors nominated for election at the Meeting was elected, being Nathan Chutas, Gordon Villeneuve and Gordon Friesen.

Appointment of Auditor

Mao & Ying LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, was re-appointed as auditor of the Company for the ensuing year with the remuneration to be fixed by the directors.

Approval of Option Plan

The Company's existing option plan was re-approved.
