Pursuant to the option agreements dated March 27, 2023, and supporting documentation, between the company and arm's-length parties, the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the tranche 4 option payments to the optionors. Pursuant to the terms of agreements, the company has fulfilled its payment obligations to acquire the 100-per-cent interest in the Sakami and Beryl Lake projects by issuing 1.05 million common shares of the company to the optionors in the tranche 4 payment, subject to exploration expenditure commitments.
