Darelle Online Solutions Inc. has released its interim financial and operational
results for the nine-month period ended May 31, 2026.

$36,947 during the same nine-month period in 2025. Revenue continues to be
derived from processing fees associated with raffle ticket sales on the
company's platform.

for the period, compared with a comprehensive loss of $132,944 (loss of five cents per
share) in the prior-year period.
