DARELLE ANNOUNCES AN UPDATE ON TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM AND ANIMAL HEALTH
INITIATIVES
Vancouver, British Columbia October 8, 2026 Darelle Online Solutions Inc. (TSXV: DAR) ("Darelle"
or the "Company") is pleased to provide an update on the development of its technology platform and
animal health initiatives, including the release of a beta version now being tested by veterinary clinics and
plans to expand the platform's capabilities through additional modules.
This milestone builds on the Company's March 19, 2026 announcement regarding the technology
collaboration between its wholly owned subsidiary, OneKindly Technology Inc. ("OneKindly"), and Pet
Investment to support the expansion of Darelle's technology into the animal health and animal welfare
sector.
The beta version of the platform has been released and is currently being tested by participating
veterinary clinics. This phase is focused on evaluating functionality within clinic workflows and gathering
feedback to guide further development and planned platform expansion.
The Company is also exploring opportunities to collaborate with regional and national animal welfare
organizations, including organizations such as regional and nation organizations including the SPCA, to
support animal welfare and access to veterinary care through technology.
The Company also plans to expand its offering through additional modules for prescription routing,
telemedicine, and payment processing. These planned capabilities are intended to support more
connected interactions between veterinary clinics, pet owners, and service providers. Development and
rollout will depend on technical feasibility, available resources, and applicable regulatory requirements.
According to the American Pet Products Association's 2026 State of the Industry Report, U.S. pet
industry expenditures reached US$158 billion in 2025, with 95 million U.S. households owning at least
one pet. Against this broader industry backdrop, Darelle sees an opportunity to develop technology that
supports veterinary workflows and connects animal welfare initiatives with access to care.
"Bringing the platform into clinic testing is an important step in our development," said Dean Bethune,
President and Chief Executive Officer of Darelle. "Working directly with veterinary teams will help us
understand where the technology can provide the most value and guide our next phase of development,
including additional modules that support their day-to-day needs."
