DISTRICT MINES AGM RESULTS UPDATE

District Mines Ltd. has provided an update regarding the results of its annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on Feb. 27, 2026.

As previously announced, shareholders approved the election of all nominees listed in the company's management information circular dated Jan. 29, 2026, including Chris Campbell.

Subsequent to the meeting, the company was advised that Mr. Campbell does not consent to act as a director of the company and has declined the appointment. Accordingly, Mr. Campbell has not assumed the office of director.

The board of directors of the company is composed of the following directors:

• Dane Gehrke, chief executive officer and director;
• Ryan Russell;
• David Bradley;
• Dustin Kinch.

As previously disclosed, Ehsan Agahi resigned as a director of the company on March 16, 2026.
