DISTRICT MINES ANNOUNCES REVOCATION OF CEASE TRADE ORDER
The cease trade order issued by the principal regulator of District Mines Ltd., the B.C. Securities Commission, has been revoked, effective Aug. 4, 2026.
The CTO was issued by the BCSC on May 11, 2026, as a result of the company's failure to file its audited
annual
financial
statements,
related
management's
discussion
and
analysis,
and
certifications for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025, on or before the prescribed deadline, as required under National Instrument 51-102 (Continuous Disclosure Obligations).
The company filed the 2025 filings on SEDAR+ on July 30, 2026. In addition, the company filed its interim financial statements, MD&A, and certifications for the three months ended March 31, 2026, bringing its continuous
disclosure
obligations
fully
up
to
date
in
accordance
with
NI
51-102.
These
documents

The company continues to work with the TSX Venture Exchange and the NEX on a reinstatement of trading and will update the market as matters progress.
