DOMINION LENDING CENTRES INC. ANNOUNCES SHAREHOLDERS MEETING RESULTS

The following seven director nominees were elected at today's annual general meeting of shareholders for Dominion Lending Centres Inc.

In addition, the reappointment of Ernst & Young LLP, chartered professional accountants, as auditor of the corporation was approved with 66,875,928 (99.99 per cent) of the votes cast for and 400 (0.01 per cent) of the votes withheld.
