DMG BLOCKCHAIN SOLUTIONS INC. ANNOUNCES ITS FIRST PREFABRICATED DATA CENTER COLOCATION CONTRACT

DMG Blockchain Solutions Inc. has signed a co-location contract that is ideal for use with its prefabricated data centres located at its Christina Lake, B.C., site with a contract value of approximately $670,000 and a term that spans slightly over two years. The tenant is expected to run artificial intelligence compute workloads and has an option to add secure sensitive compartmented information facility services for future projects. The company expects the PDCs to be ready for service later this calendar year.

Sheldon Bennett, DMG's chief executive officer, commented: "We are pleased to have secured our first contract for servers that can be co-located in our PDCs. Ultimately, we expect that at least a portion of our customer base will value the SCIF rating, and we hope to expand the amount of SCIF-rated data centre capacity offered for secure sovereign AI compute applications."

DMG announces preliminary operational results for May, 2026:

• Bitcoin mined: 22 BTC (compared with 21 BTC in April, 2026);
• Hash rate: 1.52 exahashes per second (compared with 1.54 EH/s in April, 2026);
• Bitcoin balance: 393 BTC (compared with 389 BTC in April, 2026).
