DRUMMOND VENTURES CORP. ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF
ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING

Vancouver, British Columbia, November 14, 2024 Drummond Ventures Corp. (TSXV: DVX.P)
(the "Company" or "Drummond"), a capital pool company as defined under Policy 2.4 Capital Pool
Companies ("CPC") of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"), announces that the shareholders of
the Company (the "Shareholders") approved all of the matters brought before them by the requisite
majorities at the annual general and special meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") held today. At the
Meeting, it was resolved that (i) the number of directors of the Company be fixed at three members with the
three current directors of the Company re-appointed; (ii) MNP LLP be the auditors of the Company for the
ensuing year; (iii) the Company's stock option plan be re-approved; (iv) the adoption of new Articles in
accordance with the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) be approved; and (v) conditional upon
completion of the Company's proposed qualifying transaction (the "Qualifying Transaction") involving
Elton Resources Corp., the number of directors of the Company be fixed at four with Carson Phillips,
Michael Galego, Frederic Leigh, and Rob McLeod appointed as the directors of the Company.

Drummond was incorporated under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) on March 28, 2018,
and is a CPC within the meaning of the policies of the Exchange that has not commenced commercial

2.4 Capital Pool Companies, until the completion of its Qualifying Transaction, Drummond will not carry
