The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that ECN Capital Corp.'s 6 per cent senior unsecured debentures due Dec. 31, 2025 (symbol ECN.DB), will be halted at the open and delisted at the close on April 25, 2025. According to the TSX, the company will redeem the debentures on April 25, 2025, for $1,018.9036604 per $1,000 principal amount, representing $1,000 principal amount, and $18.9036604 for accrued and unpaid interest thereon to, but excluding, the redemption date.

As the debentures trade in the book-entry-only system of CDS, debentureholders need not take any action in order to receive the redemption proceeds. The debentures are not convertible into common shares of the company. Trades in the debentures on April 24, 2025, will settle on the same day.
