RESIGNATION OF CFO AND APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM CFO

Barry Bergstrom has resigned as chief financial officer of Evolution Global Frontier Ventures Corp.

After many years of valuable service in the capacity of a former director and as chief financial officer of Evolution Global Frontier Ventures, Mr. Bergstrom is leaving the company to focus on his other professional commitments and his semi-retirement. Mr. Bergstrom has indicated his availability to assist the company on a consulting basis.

The company management would like to thank Mr. Bergstrom for his numerous efforts in developing the company to this stage, and particularly for staying with the company as long as he has to assist with the Faster transaction.

Paul Haber, chief executive officer, will take on the role of interim CFO until a new CFO is appointed.
