Ms. Carla Bosacki reports

EVOLUTION GLOBAL FRONTIER VENTURES ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Evolution Global Frontier Ventures Corp. has released the results of the company's annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM), held Oct. 19, 2026.

Election of directors and management appointments

At the AGM, shareholders elected Carla Bosacki, Christopher Nichols and Paul Haber as directors of the company, to hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders, or until their successors are elected or appointed. The board has also appointed the officers named below. The company will file a personal information form (CSE Form 3) with the Canadian Securities Exchange for each new director and officer.

Carla Bosacki, chief executive officer and director

Ms. Bosacki is a Canadian communications and public relations strategist, entrepreneur and former national television broadcaster with more than 20 years of experience. As chief executive officer of Evolution Global, she is leading the company's strategy to acquire, explore and develop copper-gold assets, beginning with the Quesnel terrane property in British Columbia. A trained meteorologist with a degree from Mississippi State University, Ms. Bosacki spent 15 years with Global Television across Canada, developing an ability to communicate complex subjects clearly. After leaving Global Television, she provided public relations counsel, media training and executive speech writing for senior leadership at mining companies including Eldorado Gold, SSR Mining and New Gold. Her experience includes spending time at a New Gold mining operation in Northern Ontario. An advocate for women in mining, Ms. Bosacki has worked with the Artemis project to advance opportunities for qualified women in the industry. As CEO, she is focused on assembling experienced geologists, engineers and capital markets professionals, working with qualified technical contractors, to support Evolution Global's next phase of growth.

Christopher Nichols, independent director

Mr. Nichols is an executive with more than two decades of senior leadership experience across capital markets, resource financing and technology, and has held executive and board roles with public companies in the United States and Australia. He has advised on financing and strategic initiatives for companies across a range of industries, including mining. His experience spans mining and natural resources, capital markets, investment banking, health care, digital media, and information security, and includes managing strategic relationships with multinational technology, telecommunications, and aerospace and defence companies.

Mr. Nichols is a partner at Silverbear Capital Inc. and executive vice-president of business development at Quantum AI Investment LLC. Silverbear holds a non-exclusive engagement with the company, dated Aug. 25, 2026, to introduce prospective investors to Evolution Global. Because of that relationship, Mr. Nichols will serve as a non-independent director. On the board, he is expected to contribute his experience in capital markets, resource financing and cross-border transactions. Mr. Nichols will disclose his interest in, and abstain from voting on, any matter involving Silverbear, and any such matter will be reviewed and approved by directors who are independent of Silverbear. Any financing involving investors introduced by Silverbear would be conducted through a registered Canadian dealer.

Paul Haber, CPA, CA, CDir, independent director

Mr. Haber brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, public-company financial reporting, initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, and mergers and acquisitions, including roles with Payfare and PwC. Mr. Haber will serve as an independent director, and is expected to provide governance and audit oversight as Evolution Global works to restore trading and advance its exploration strategy.

Keith Nugara, chief operating officer

Mr. Nugara is a senior executive and former Interac board member with more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in payments, financial services and enterprise technology.

Most recently, he served as global vice-president at Telus Health. His earlier senior roles include Bank of Nova Scotia, BCE Emergis, Telus, and Dye & Durham, where he helped commercialize and scale secure, data-intensive services.

Shakir Hussain, chief revenue officer

Mr. Hussain is an operations and business development executive focused on revenue generation, strategic partnerships and commercial execution. As chief revenue officer, he will develop Evolution Global's revenue strategy, commercial relationships and commercialization initiatives.

Olga Balanovskaya, CPA, ACCA, chief financial officer

Ms. Balanovskaya is a finance executive with more than 20 years of private and public company experience across financial management, mergers and acquisitions, taxation, financing, audit, and reporting. Earlier in her career, she worked in assurance at MNP LLP.

  2. Uplisting/cross-listing authorization: The board was authorized, at such time as it considers appropriate, to seek to uplist or cross-list the company's shares on another exchange or to obtain secondary listings on other exchanges, subject to all applicable regulatory and exchange approvals.
  3. Number of directors: The board was authorized to determine the number of directors from time to time, within a minimum of three and a maximum of five.

Building Evolution Global's next phase

Evolution Global holds an option to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Quesnel terrane property, which comprises four mining claims totalling approximately 5,071 hectares in the Omineca mining division of north-central British Columbia. The property is at an early exploration stage, and no mineral resource or mineral reserve has been estimated on the property. As previously disclosed, required property payments under the option agreement had not been made as at June 30, 2026, and the company is negotiating with the property owner to extend the payment timelines. There is no assurance that an extension will be agreed.

The company intends to use AI-assisted (artificial intelligence) targeting and data reconciliation tools, procured from specialist third party contractors, as one input to early-stage exploration on the property. Evolution Global does not develop, license or sell technology, and has not entered into an agreement with any technology provider. Any such outputs will be used for decision support only, will be reviewed by a qualified person to be appointed by the company, and will not replace qualified geological interpretation or work under National Instrument 43-101.

The company's common shares remain suspended from trading on the CSE. The company is working to satisfy outstanding CSE requirements and will provide updates as appropriate. There is no assurance that trading will resume or as to the timing of any resumption.

Management resignation

The company also announces the resignation of Derrick Gaon from his positions as president and corporate secretary, effective Sept. 30, 2026. Mr. Gaon was appointed to both offices in January, 2026. The company thanks him for his service and contributions.
