ELEMENTAL ROYALTY TO RELEASE Q1 2026 RESULTS ON MAY 13, 2026

Elemental Royalty Corp. will release its Q1 2026 results after market close on Wednesday, May 13, 2026.

An investor webcast will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2026, starting at 11 a.m. Eastern Time (8 a.m. Pacific Time) to discuss these results, followed by a question-and-answer session.
