ELECTROVAYA ANNOUNCES DATE FOR Q3-2026 FINANCIAL RESULTS & CONFERENCE CALL

Electrovaya Inc. will file and release its third quarter ending June 30, 2026, following the market close on Monday, Aug. 10, 2026. This will be followed by a conference call and webcast at 8:30 a.m. EST on Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2026, presented by chief executive officer Dr. Raj DasGupta and chief financial officer John Gibson, to discuss the financial results and provide a business update.
