Cboe Canada Inc. has confirmed the proposed delisting and termination of the Global X Investments Canada Inc. ETFs (exchange-traded funds) named in the attached table.

The Global X ETFs will be delisted from Cboe Canada at the close of trading on Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2026.
