The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Eupraxia Pharmaceuticals Inc. will list an additional 6,428,574 common shares at the open on Feb. 20, 2026. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $7 (U.S.) per share, pursuant to the prospectus supplement dated Feb. 19, 2026, to the company's short form base shelf prospectus dated Feb. 5, 2024.

The TSX notes that the prospectus also qualifies the issuance of 1,428,571 prefinanced common share purchase warrants of the company. The prefinanced warrants will not be listed and posted for trading on the TSX.
