Eureka Metals Corp. has arranged a rights offering to raise gross proceeds of up to $499,134 from holders of its common shares. Under the terms of the rights offering, the company will issue one transferable right for each common share held by shareholders of record at 5 p.m. Toronto time on Nov. 6, 2026. Each right will entitle its holder to subscribe for one common share at a subscription price of one cent per common share.

The rights will not be listed for trading.
