Consolidation, symbol change

Pursuant to a special resolution passed by directors of the company on Oct. 21, 2025, the company has consolidated its capital on a one-new-for-seven-old basis. The name of the company has not been changed.

Effective at the opening on Thursday, Nov. 20, 2025, the shares of Penbar Capital Ltd. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis. The company is classified as a mining company (NAICS No. 212232).
