Mr. Daniel Brody reports
EAT WELL INVESTMENT GROUP INC. REINSTATED FOR TRADING ON THE CANADIAN
SECURITIES EXCHANGE
Effective immediately,
Eat Well Investment Group Inc.'s common shares have been reinstated for trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange
under the symbol EWG.
The reinstatement follows the company's rectification of the default that gave rise to the
suspension. All outstanding continuous disclosure filings have been completed, and the
company is current with its filing obligations under applicable Canadian securities laws.
"I'm pleased to resume trading, and I want to extend a huge thank you to our team on the
financial, audit and legal side for getting us here," commented Daniel Brody, president and chief
executive officer of the company. "Our shareholders deserved better, and I hope that filing the
last two required financial statements on time and bringing the company completely current
under my leadership earns back some of that confidence. Now, the real work begins. I look
forward to sharing many updates in the near future as we progress the business. Thank you to
all shareholders for your patience and continued support. The rest of the team and I intend to
reward that patience with strong, continued execution of our business plan; stay tuned."
The company's filings are available under its profile on SEDAR+.
