The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension of the expiry date of the following warrants.

Number of warrants:  2.3 million warrants

Original expiry date of warrants:  Sept. 21, 2024 (extended to Sept. 21, 2025)

New expiry date of warrants:  Sept. 21, 2026

Original exercise price of warrants:  30 cents (unchanged)

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 2.5 million common shares with 2.5 million share purchase warrants attached to purchase 2.5 million shares, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Sept. 27, 2022. Out of 2.5 million warrants, 200,000 warrants have been exercised thereof.
