Effective at the opening on Friday, Sept. 4, 2026, the common shares of FCL-X Fire & Safety Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Full Circle Lithium Corp. will be delisted. The company is classified as a battery manufacturing company.
