49 NORTH RESOURCES INC. ANNOUNCES ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

SASKATOON, SASKATCHEWAN - June 22, 2026 - 49 North Resources Inc. ("49 North" or the "Company") (TSXV: FNR) announces that its annual and special meeting (the "Meeting") of shareholders will be held at McKercher LLP, 500 - 211 19th Street East, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, commencing at 2:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time).

At the Meeting, shareholders will be asked to consider the annual business of the Company, including receiving the audited financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2024, and December 31, 2025, electing directors, appointing auditors, and approving the continuation of the Company's existing stock option plan.

Shareholders will also be asked to consider and, if deemed advisable, approve a special resolution authorizing the board of directors, in its discretion, to complete a consolidation of the Company's issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of up to ten (10) pre-consolidation common shares for one (1) post-consolidation common share, or such lesser ratio as may be determined by the board.

Any consolidation remains subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange, and the board may determine not to proceed even if shareholder approval is obtained.
