FirstService Corp. will release its financial results for the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, 2025, by press release on Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2026, at approximately 7:30 a.m. ET.

The conference call to review these financial results will take place at 11 a.m. ET on Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2026, and will be hosted by D.
