FTI FOODTECH INTERNATIONAL FILES AMENDED AND RESTATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND MD&A

As a result of a continuous disclosure review by the British Columbia Securities Commission, FTI Foodtech International Inc. has refiled its financial statements and MD&As (management discussions and analyses) for the periods ended June 30, 2025, and Sept. 30, 2025, to provide additional disclosure, amongst other items, on:

• The related party transactions between the company and Stephen Brown, the company's chief executive officer;
• The related party transactions between the company and Portofino Cosmetic Inc. and Criteria Management Ltd., both 100 per cent owned by Mr. Brown.
