FTI Foodtech International Reschedules Annual General Meeting

VANCOUVER, BC, CANADA, October 29th, 2026, FTI Foodtech International Inc. (TSX Venture Symbol: FTI) ("FTI" or the "Company") is rescheduling the previously announced annual general meeting from October 29th, 2026, to December 29th, 2026.
