Effective at the close of business on Friday, Dec. 13, 2024, the common shares will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange at the request of the company. The company obtained the directors resolution on Feb. 11, 2020, authorizing the delisting. The company's majority of minority shareholders approved the delisting at the annual general and special meeting of shareholders dated March 17, 2020.

Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated May 10, 2021, trading in the shares of the company will remain suspended.
