Effective Feb. 12, 2026, Harry Nijjar has resigned his position as chief financial officer of Golcap Resources Corp. to focus on other projects and Justin Corinella has resigned as a director. The company wishes to thank Mr. Nijjar and Mr. Corinella for their contributions to the company and wishes them success on their new endeavours.
