GEMDALE GOLD LISTS ON THE OTCQB VENTURE MARKET

Gemdale Gold Inc.'s stock will commence trading on the OTCQB Venture Market, effective today April 1, 2026, under the symbol GDGIF. This follows the company's recent successful listing on the TSX Venture Exchange and the closing of a $2.4-million strategic investment from Eldorado Gold Corp.
