RE-APPOINTMENT OF LOPEZ PINEDA
Infinity Stone Ventures Corp. has reappointed Ana Laura Lopez Pineda as interim corporate secretary and
director. Ms. Lopez had to resign last week due to failure to file
appropriate documentation (as required on a marketing services agreement
with a client), which has been rectified and approval was given to Ms. Lopez
to continue as interim corporate secretary and director.
The board is happy to welcome Ms. Lopez back as she has been an integral
part of the interim team since her previous appointment, announced on
Dec. 28, 2023, which news release can be viewed to review Ms. Lopez's previous experience.
Ms. Lopez stated: "A verbal approval had been given previously, and with
holiday time period in Mexico, the corporate lawyer for the client had not signed
off on the approval. I am happy to be back on board with the team and hope to
grow the company, especially with addition of the newly staked assets in B.C.,
Quebec and Saskatchewan."
