GALACTIC GOLD ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF FIRST TRANCHE OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING

Galactic Gold Corp., further to its news releases dated April 7, 2026, April 18, 2026, and April 20, 2026, has closed the first tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement financing for gross proceeds of $1,787,500 through the issuance of 7.15 million common shares of the company at a price of 25 cents per common share.

The company intends to use the proceeds from the first tranche for exploration activities related to the Hardrock West property, working capital and general corporate purposes.

All securities issued pursuant to the first tranche are subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance, expiring on Aug. 30, 2026, in accordance with applicable securities laws. In connection with the private placement, the company paid cash finders' fees of $82,050 to certain eligible finders on a portion of the private placement, in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The first tranche and any subsequent tranches remain subject to the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
