CSE bulletin 2026-0429

Further to Golden Lake Exploration Inc.'s news release dated April 23, 2026, Golden Lake Exploration and McEwen Inc. have set the closing date for the statutory plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia), pursuant to which McEwen will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of the company as of April 30, 2026.

Under the terms of the arrangement, each Golden Lake common share would entitle the holder to receive 0.003876 McEwen common share on the closing date.

All issued and outstanding Golden Lake shares on the closing date will be exchanged for McEwen shares on the basis of the exchange ratio.

Golden Lake will be delisted at the market close on April 30, 2026.
