The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Number of warrants:  704,028

Original expiry date of warrants:  previously extended to Feb. 8, 2026, from the original expiry date of Feb. 8, 2024

New expiry date of warrants:  Feb. 8, 2027

New forced exercise provision:  If the closing price for the company's shares is 50 cents or greater for a period of 10 consecutive trading days, then the warrantholders will have 30 days to exercise their warrants; otherwise, the warrants will expire on the 31st day.

Exercise price of warrants:  40 cents (unchanged)

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 1,408,055 common shares with 704,028 common share purchase warrants attached. The private placement was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Feb. 17, 2022.
