GOLDEN GOLIATH RESOURCES APPOINTS AHMAD TAMER AS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) FINANCE EXECUTIVE WITH 20+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE JOINS LEADERSHIP TEAM

Golden Goliath Resources Ltd. has appointed Ahmad Tamer as chief financial officer, effective immediately, and succeeding Stephen Pearce, who will be leaving the company to pursue other projects. Mr. Tamer brings over two decades of financial management experience to the company and will play a key role in advancing Golden Goliath's future growth targets and strategic initiatives.

Mr. Tamer is an Australian-born financial analyst and certified chartered accountant holding a bachelor of business commerce degree with extensive project management and accounting experience. He is an experienced business analyst, most recently focused on capital markets and venture capital with Clarence Financial Pty. Ltd.
