GOLDREA REPORTS DIRECTOR'S PASSING

One of Goldrea Resources Corp.'s directors, Allan Eratie, has passed away. "Allan served Goldrea with his great insight and advice for over a decade and in the process became a valued friend," commented Jim Elbert, chief executive officer and director.
