Pursuant to the company's news release dated Sept. 15, 2025, the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted the amendments to an aggregate of 2,802,690 common share purchase warrants originally issued pursuant in a private placement completed on Sept. 17, 2023.

Number of warrants:  2,802,690

Original expiry date:  Sept. 17, 2024 (amended to Sept. 17, 2025)

New expiry date:  Sept. 17, 2026

All other terms of the warrants remain unchanged.
